Structure before scale
A public thinking system needs different lanes for signal, synthesis and build logs.
The first useful fix was structural, not cosmetic.
Diary is now for short observations and quick updates. Insights is for the bigger thinking. Projects are the durable hubs. Project journals are the running log inside those hubs.
That should stop the whole thing feeling like one long dev diary.
