If a business only uses AI to generate posts, it misses the larger shift: research, routing, decision support, workflow automation, proof capture and speed of response.

They will treat AI as a content intern instead of an operating layer.

What to do this week

Map one marketing workflow from signal to sale. Find the handoffs, decisions, approvals and proof points. Then ask where AI can reduce latency without removing judgement.
